Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
Yes! During the checkout process the shopping cart will add up the shipping weight of each item and combine the shipping cost accordingly. Shipping charges depend on weight and distance and are not calculated according to the dollar value of the item. i.e. Yes, it really does cost $19 to ship a $1 item to Canada. The post office doesn't care how much the item is worth, only what it weighs and where it's going.

How much will shipping be?
Each product has a shipping & handling charge located in the listing. If you purchase multiple items, the shopping cart will calulate the combined weight of the items and charge accordingly. You must purchase all items in the same checkout process to take advantage of discounted, combined shipping. To determine what the shipping cost will be for multiple items you must go partially through the checkout process (it needs your address to calculate distance). However, you will not be asked to pay for anything until after the shipping charges are displayed.

What is the expiration date?
Our stock of items refreshes constantly so the expiration date of the product currently on the shelf may be different than the expiration date of the product shipped to you. Fresh product is always guaranteed. You will never receive an expired product.

Will I have to pay Customs Fees?
International Customers may be responsible for import taxes/customs fees associated with their purchase depending on the tax laws imposed by their country. We try to minimize this by using the USPS for shipping, but we cannot predict whether or not taxes will be charged. It is the customers responsibility to abide by the tax laws of their country. Please do not ask us to mark a package as a "gift" on Customs Forms.

Will this product work on my pet?
We hope so! But unfortunately, there is no way for us to guaranty the effectiveness of any particular product on your pet. We are happy to advise you about what a product is intended for, how it works, and manufacturer specs, but to get the best advice on whether a product is appropriate for your pet you should speak with your veterinarian.

When will I receive my items?
We usually ship out items within 48 hours after receiving cleared payment, except on weekends and holidays. We ship USPS Priority Mail on most items which can take anywhere from 2-6 days in transit. Most customers receive their orders in 3-10 days. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping out your item we will let you know. Please understand once we've shipped your order, we cannot control how fast the post office gets it to your doorstep.

Do you give quantity discounts?
No, the listed prices are already deeply discounted. The price of an item remains the same whether you buy 1 or 100.
